Is there an expiration date associated with the LQMS certificate program?

The certificate does not expire.

However, it is a certificate program, not a certification or credentialing program. To be certified, a person must pass a 3rd party exam that covers the relevant content, but it is not associated with any particular course. CLSI does not offer certification or credentials.

If a person wants to be certified or credentialed in quality management, there are programs available through ASQ.
