Why can’t I remove some users under my organization?

We currently do not allow Delegates/Alternates/Administrators to remove individuals with an active volunteer record. These requests must come through CLSI as we need to make sure their contact information is up to date. Removing individuals from the organization’s account will disassociate them completely from the company. CLSI Membership includes all employees at your site. Access includes Eclipse, discounts on products/programs, and volunteering. If you simply want to remove the user’s Eclipse access, please e-mail us at customerservice@clsi.org.
